Green Mango Smoothie 

Here’s another way to power up your day! I love the addition of coconut water in this. It adds a creamy tropical feel and the needed moisture to get the smoothie moving. Try this for breakfast or snack! Enjoy! 

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup mango

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds 

1 big handful of spinach

Blend and enjoy!
